These Terms and Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy, are a legally binding agreement between Dream Crafts Australia and you, the consumer. And These Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, are in full compliance with Australian Consumer Law as outlined by The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC). Also, In these Terms and Conditions, Dream Crafts Australia may be referred to as Dream Crafts Australia.
Legally Binding Agreement

You agree that when ordering products from Dream Crafts Australia or accessing the website, you become legally bound by our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Dream Crafts Australia can rightfully update, at any time, without prior communication, their Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. When accessing the website or ordering products from the website, you will be legally bound by the then-current Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Age Restrictions

You must be 18 years of age or older to order products from Dream Crafts Australia, order products from our website www.dreamcraftsaustralia.com.au, or use or post on any Dream Crafts Australia social media pages postings blogs, videos or software apps.

Proofs

For every custom product ordered online or in-store, you must approve your proof before production commences.
• You must review your proof’s content, design, and layout to verify accuracy in all areas before giving your approval.
• Changes will not be made to your proof once your approval has been given.

• We are not responsible for any errors incurred due to the consumer’s lack of attention to detail, nor are we responsible for any delays caused as a result of your approval process.
• The timeframe for which your proof will be provided varies upon the current workload of Dream Crafts Australia.
• If reorders are required, proofs will be made available.

Liability for Errors

Dream Crafts Australia is not liable for the following errors found in a final product: Misspellings, grammar, punctuation, bleeds, size, and change of minds regarding colour or shape.

Payment

Prices are in AUD. (Australian Dollars)

You must preview your design and once the design approval process is completed, consumers are then required to make payment in full. The production of your order will then begin after your payment has been received for your order. Once the order has been approved and paid for, changes to the order are not possible. If your order is to be shipped, a standard shipping fee will be included in your invoice. Please advise if you are making other shipping arrangements.

Sales Tax

Dream Crafts Australia will not charge sales tax (GST) on all orders. 

Production Time

As soon as you have approved your proof as per the clause above under ‘proofs’ and full payment is made per the ‘payment’ clause, your order will be produced. We are not liable for delays in production time where your order’s approval falls near or on a public holiday or weekend. Further, other days of closure outside Dream Crafts Australia’s control are not considered when estimating production time. Production time includes actual processing, creating and preparing your order to be shipped. It does not include time in transit or shipping. All timeframes are estimated.

Shipping

Standard shipping fee will be included in your final quote. We use the following couriers for shipping: Australia Post, Toll and TNT.

Dream Crafts Australia will not be held responsible for any delays caused by couriers and situations outside of our control.

LTD Liability Clause Re Shipping

Dream Crafts Australia is not responsible for any damages incurred by couriers. If the package is damaged inside and if the damage is related to a packing issue, Dream Crafts Australia will take responsibility and will provide a fair and reasonable solution in consultation with you, the consumer.

Refunds, Repairs and Replacements

Dream Crafts Australia takes complaints seriously. The sales and production team will manage each complaint to discover the responsibility for the error. However, if the complaint is beyond the clauses laid out in ‘Proofs’ and ‘Liability for Errors’, and Dream Crafts Australia is found at fault, then we will work with you to provide a fair and reasonable solution.
Moreover, we ship our orders on or before the due date. Most orders in 1-2 days. And we do not take responsibility for any post or courier delivery delays. After shipping the order, we will try our best to help customers to receive the order. And once you have received the order, there is no guarantee that we will do any refund because of delivery delays.

Product Samples

From time to time, Dream Crafts Australia may wish to use your products in our marketing campaigns or as product samples. If you prefer your work is not used, please let us know.

Our Guarantee

Dream Crafts Australia guarantee the best quality and unique custom products.. We promise to beat any price for the same type of custom decals – This must be the same type of material, type of decal, size and quantity ordered.

Cancellation Policy

If a customer cancels their order at any time before Dream Crafts Australia starts the production process, they will be refunded 80%, or will be provided with a credit for their next order. 20% will be charged for the designers work. 

Plagiarizing and Copying

Dream Crafts Australia owns the Copyright, or access to Copyright, of all their content, designs, images, videos, blogs, vlogs, graphics, ideas. It is illegal to copy and use them. If you wish to use any of those above, please write to Dream Crafts Australia for permission.

Governing Law

Dream Crafts Australia is formed under the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. The internal laws of Australian law in compliance with Australian Consumer Law shall govern the performance of these Terms and Conditions.
